Our Fees

25% Commission on rental revenue (after taxes and booking platform fees)
No Onboarding Fees – professional photography, drone footage, listing creation & optimization, custom app-based guidebook, guest agreement, and launch support are all included
15% Coordination Fee for special projects, vendor management, or supplies purchased
Property Management Fees (for off-season or year-round oversight) negotiated on a case-by-case basis

We don’t believe in lengthy contracts or locking you into rigid terms. Instead, we keep it simple:

Owners commit to making at least 60 days available during the high season, when demand and nightly rates are at their highest.
Beyond that, you remain in full control. Owners have 24/7 access to their calendar, with the ability to add or block off dates at any time.
The beauty of this model is its convenience and flexibility: you get to use your own home whenever you want, while still capturing peak rental income during the busiest part of the season.
Most owners naturally choose to share their homes more once they see how effortless and rewarding the process is. The shoulder seasons, when demand is lower, are often ideal times for owners to use the property themselves.
